eDiscovery - Rule 26(f)

Rule 26(f) requires parties meet as soon as practicable in regards to information discovery to discuss any issues relating to preserving discoverable information. Producing parties must come to the table prepared to candidly discuss steps taken to preserve any sources of potentially discoverable evidence.
